Reiki One initiates the path of walking with Deeper Faith.
Not many people know that Reiki originated in Ancient Tibet and was re-realized years later during Dr. Usui's "vision quest" on a sacred mountain. He wanted to discover what the Essence of Healing was.
For me, I have come to know Reiki as inherently shamanic (*original-un-dogmatic connection to the universal energy, nature and our inherent wisdom). Reiki enhanced my ability to sense, feel, see energy, feelings and boosted my over all intuitive process. It allowed me to discover a more visceral connection with my higher self, to love, and to compassion. Reiki enhanced my Yoga and Qi Gong practice immensely and challenged me to take a deeper step into self responsibility for my over all process as a healer and as a human being.
In this level One Workshop we embark on a hands on, in-depth exploration of Reiki, your individual process, and healing.
Approaching the process from an integrated system of healing philosophies not offered in text book - (cookie cutter)- classes often offered through institutions...

...Drums can be heard around the world, but for Native Americans the drum is the heart beat of mother earth. The beat and the rhythms can escort us into altered states of consciousness, into spirit, into that place that man does not understand. Learn how to use your drum to call upon living helping spirits from the natural world. Vernon will bring life into your own shamanic practice and share with you some of his sacred songs and dance.
As your spiritual journey unfolds, you can begin to understand the sacredness in all things. This even pertains to the songs we sing. When we implement songs into our healing practice, they become sacred songs. This workshop will help you discover your own sacred song. Learn how to find that song, and to sing it with pure intent.
